It is a production-oriented subsidiary of Changzhou Youkaimei Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. The factory area comprises one standardized Class A production workshop, one power workshop, six Class A warehouses, one Class C warehouse, one central control room, as well as supporting functional areas for office, research and development, quality inspection, etc. The production workshop is equipped with 43 sets of full-process automated reaction equipment controlled by SIS, DCS, and GDS automatic control systems. Utilities such as refrigeration, steam, nitrogen, and automatic control instruments are fully equipped. The reaction kettles have a capacity ranging from 200L to 8000L, with a total reaction volume of 122m³. The reaction temperature range is from -100℃ to 250℃. For quality inspection, professional testing instruments such as Agilent liquid chromatography, Agilent gas chromatography, automatic moisture tester, automatic melting point apparatus, COD and ammonia nitrogen detectors are equipped.
